Play Wid Uz

Play Wid Uz is an indoor playground in East Arlington that appears geared toward small, private children’s celebrations. Parents describe a room where children can run and play while adults eat and keep a clear view of the play area, making it especially practical for younger birthday groups. Recent celebrations mentioned in reviews include first birthdays and parties for children turning 3.

Party hosting is the clearest strength in the feedback. Several families praise Carmen’s communication, setup help, and décor packages; reviewers say these packages can cover decorations while hosts bring their own cake, food, drinks, and, in one case, a piñata. The venue is also described as accessible and clear about its house rules. Most reviews report that children had a great time and that events ran smoothly. Google lists a 4.0 rating from 31 ratings, and the supplied review sample is predominantly five-star.

There are important practical cautions to discuss before paying a deposit. One review reports a double-booking, unsuccessful rescheduling solution, and difficulty obtaining a refund. Another cites cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including depleted restroom supplies, deteriorating foam pieces, and a damaged piñata stand. Temperature feedback is mixed: one party found the space very cold, while another reported it was hot in the children’s area. A separate reviewer also felt staff addressed children too harshly during an event. Confirm the reservation in writing, ask what is included in the package, and check current cleaning, equipment, and climate conditions before the party date.
