We recently visited your gym for the first time, and the kids absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, and we appreciated the option to choose between the various classes or open play. The staff members were very helpful and did a great job keeping the kids focused on interesting topics. Thank you for a great experience. We have since visited twice more

My daughter really enjoys Romp n' Roll. The activities are safe, engaging, and fun. This review isn't about the activities—it's about communication. Every Friday, I pack a small note in my daughter's snack, similar to a lunchbox note from mom. On three separate occasions, those notes appeared to go unread. After the last attempt bringing it up to a higher staff member, I was told, "You're the only mom who writes those notes, but she comes every Friday, right? We'll read it." Understanding the leverage behind the comment, I appreciated it anyway. Unfortunately, after the very next class, it was still unread by the same staff member. These are notes my daughter asks me to pack. I also pack disposable seat covers for my daughter, which I've mentioned on two separate occasions since she keeps telling me she wants to use them as well. The first time I mentioned it to a staff member, she agreed, but I was later told by another staff member, "She didn't say anything." Realistically, she's 2 years old and still practicing speaking clearly. The second time I mentioned it to the higher-up staff member, who very happily agreed, the proper instructions still were not relayed to the other staff members, nor were the covers used. The following class, I went on to label the covers, but one was missing and still was not used. I understand they wipe the seats and the facility looks clean, but the covers were something my daughter was asking for as well. I understand classes are busy, but after multiple attempts to communicate with the staff, I'd really prefer clearer rules or guidelines for handling the covers rather than agreeing, then ignoring, and going on to waste time going back and forth between my daughter, the staff, and me. As for the notes, a few seconds reading could mean so much to a 2 year old without her mom, even though she's somewhere fun.

We absolutely adore the staff and environment at Romp n Roll. We have been members our kiddo just learned to walk. And we’ve held his birthday party there 3 years in a row. We always have a blast and always get compliments from party guests. Plus the pricing for the party and and what you get in the package is really reasonable.
