Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Tukwila is a large indoor activity venue where children can jump, climb, slide, and burn off energy regardless of Seattle-area weather. Reviews mention a broad mix of attractions, including trampolines, a zip line, high-jump and swing/foam-pit areas, slides, dodgeball or basketball-style play, and interactive attractions. Families often describe it as an energetic outlet for kids and a place they return to through memberships. Recent visitors say the space can work for a wide range of ages and abilities, although active school-age children and teens are likely to get the most from the full set of attractions.

The venue has a 4.1 Google rating from more than 4,400 ratings, and many recent five-star reviews praise friendly, attentive employees, smooth check-in on some visits, and kids having a great time. Several parents specifically characterize the environment as clean and safety-oriented, with staff supervising certain higher-risk attractions such as the zip line, slide, and high jump when they are staffed. Visits in early daytime or midweek are described as comparatively quiet, while busier periods can feel less controlled. The activity selection is a strength, but parents should note that multiple reviews report particular attractions being closed because of repairs or unavailable staffing.

For birthdays, Sky Zone explicitly offers party packages, and some families report successful parties with attentive staff and an enjoyable setting for guests. It is a natural fit for a high-energy celebration where the main entertainment is active play. However, party-service feedback is uneven. A few detailed reviews describe unclear room options, limited food portions, missing or minimal host assistance, and difficulty resolving a membership discount or refund after an event. Before reserving, confirm the party-room assignment, included food quantities, host responsibilities, guest limits, attraction availability, and the current cancellation, payment, and membership-discount terms.

Food is available onsite, with reviewers describing it as generally good but expensive; wait times and menu-photo accuracy have also drawn complaints. The most serious recurring caveats in the detailed review sample concern cleanliness, worn or broken equipment, rule enforcement, and slow management follow-up. Some guests report dirty bathrooms, foam-pit concerns, unattended behavior by older children or teens, and difficulty reaching staff by phone. These reports are not the whole picture given the strong overall rating and many positive recent visits, but they are meaningful practical considerations. Supervise children closely, keep valuables with you rather than in open cubbies, and call ahead or check online before a long drive to verify hours and attraction status.
